Описание модели

Осевые двухступенчатые дымососы типа ДОД предназначены для отсасывания дымовых газов из топок паровых стационарных котлов паропроизводительностью 640 - 2650 т/ч для энергоблоков мощностью 200, 300, 500 и 800 МВт при остаточной запыленности дымовых газов не более 0,5 г/м3. Максимально допустимая температура перемещаемых дымовых газов на входе в дымососы не должна превышать +200°С. Лопатки рабочих колес осевых дымососов выполнены из клиновидных стальных заготовок методом горячей штамповки. К обозначению дымососов для газомазутных котлов добавляется индекс «ГМ», к обозначению дымососов с повышенным напором — индекс «Ф».

 

Дымососы типа ДОД выпускаются только левого вращения, т.е. их рабочие колеса вращаются против часовой стрелки, если смотреть со стороны привода. Схемы разворотов всасывающих карманов дымососов приведены на рисунке 1.
