Описание модели

 

Вентиляторы осевые двухступенчатые типа ВДОД и ВДОД-С предназначены для подачи воздуха в топки стационарных паровых котлов паропроизводительностью 1650 (ВДОД-31 ,5С) и 2650 т/ч (ВДОД-41-500-1) для энергоблоков единичной мощностью 500 МВт и 800 МВт.

 

Максимально допустимая температура перемещаемых дымовых газов на входе в вентиляторы не должна превышать +100°С. Лопатки рабочих колес вентилятора ВДОД-41-500-1 выполнены из клиновидных стальных заготовок методом горячей штамповки и приварены к ободу рабочего колеса. Съемные лопатки рабочих колес вентилятора ВДОД-31,5-С - профильные, пустотелые. Конструкция рабочих колес этого вентилятора позволяет изменять угол установки лопаток на остановленной машине. Вентиляторы типа ВДОД и ВДОД-С выпускаются только левого вращения, т.е. их рабочие колеса вращаются против часовой стрелки, если смотреть со стороны привода. Схема разворота всасывающих карманов вентиляторов аналогична схеме разворота всасывающих карманов дымососов типа ДОД (рис. 5).
